成长于历史底蕴厚重、文风昌盛的汉唐古都西安,他幼承家学,3岁起便受祖父启蒙涉猎国学,后入西安美术学院深造,接受系统的学院教育。而后数十年来,静叶先生遍访名师,结缘禅门高僧,得静雅之气。

静叶先生笔下的荷花,尽管技法承袭古人,但精神面貌却与古人拉开了距离,作品不但有一股清爽的君子之风,还包含着一种凛然正气。这种气息并非隐士高人那种避世清高,而是一种正能量的担当。静叶先生的写意荷花以民族性、时代气息的笔墨气象,不仅超越了花卉本身的属性,也将人文主题通过创新的笔墨推向另一种境界。涤烦襟,破孤闷,释躁心,迎静气,在真切的体验中达观畅神,艺术创作不再是一负累,而是对传统文化的咀嚼,对人生体悟的回味。他文化坚守和文化自信,在中华传统文化复兴的的大潮中显得弥足珍贵。开始主攻禅意墨荷,后师从中国当代大写意画家庄毓聪先生研习大写意花鸟画至今。

Growing up in Xi'an, the ancient capital of Han and Tang dynasties with rich historical background and prosperous style of writing, he inherited his family studies at an early age. Since he was 3 years old, he was enlightened by his grandfather to dabble in Chinese studies, and then went to Xi'an Academy of Fine Arts for further study and received systematic college education. After decades, Mr. Jing Ye visited famous teachers all over the world, became attached to Zen monks, and gained the spirit of Jing Ya.

Although the techniques of lotus flowers written by Mr. Jing Ye inherit the ancients, their mental outlook is far away from those of the ancients. The works not only have a refreshing gentleman's style, but also contain a kind of awe-inspiring righteousness. This kind of breath is not the kind of hermit who avoids the world, but a kind of positive energy. Mr. Jing Ye's freehand lotus flower not only transcends the attributes of flowers themselves, but also pushes the humanistic theme to another realm through innovative pen and ink. Dispelling annoyance, breaking loneliness and boredom, relieving mania, welcoming quietness, and being philosophical and smooth in real experience, artistic creation is no longer a burden, but a chewing of traditional culture and a aftertaste of life understanding. His cultural persistence and self-confidence are precious in the tide of the revival of Chinese traditional culture. He began to focus on Zen ink and lotus, and then studied freehand flower-and-bird painting from Mr. Zhuang Yucong, a contemporary Chinese freehand painter.
