沈光宇，1956年出生于杭州，本科，国家高级美术师，深造于上海师范大学美术学院美术学(油画)专业研究生课程班，上海美术家协会浦东艺术沙龙油画高研班。国家民族画院画家，中国书画家联谊会会员，上海中外文化交流协会会员，中国书画家联谊会新文艺群体书画家工作委员会特聘书画家，中国管理科学院教育标准化研究所高级智库专家客座教授，中国民族建筑研究会书画艺术专业委员会客座教授，俄罗斯艺术学院名誉院士。
