高增懋,号一尘。1949年生于北京,美术本科毕业。幼年受白石弟子李白珩启蒙,酷爱书画;1974年被著名画家王雪涛先生收为入室弟子,系统学习国画数年,深得先生笔法精髓;1981年又受教于著名书法篆刻大家徐柏涛先生学习书法、篆刻。书画同修,德艺双馨,潜心研究中国书画史,细心揣摩古人作书作画技巧,坚持理论绘画教学,笔耕不辍,技艺精湛。其画风纯正古雅,形成小写意用笔灵便,色墨瑰丽,格调清新,大写意则笔墨酣畅淋漓的个人画风。画作精致典雅,妙趣横生,多次入选书画大展并获奖,被载入数部书画典集,深的行家及爱好者喜爱,并被国内外友人所收藏。现为中央国家机关美术家协会会员、中国乡土艺术协会特聘书画师、中国神都书画院艺术委员会主任、北京古街书画院艺委会委员、北京西城美术家协会常务理事、副秘书长等。
